We're a small crew of frequent flyers, weekend wanderers, and reformed over-packers who got tired of watching good trips get derailed by bad luggage decisions. Chirod 2 Smart Pack started as a personal fix for the late-night "did I forget the charger again?" spiral and grew into a full packing companion built by people who genuinely live out of suitcases.

Chirod 2 Smart Pack was built on one non-negotiable principle: your travel data belongs to you, and only you. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means in practice.
Information We Collect
We collect nothing. There's no account system, sign-up flow, or login — so we never ask for your name, email, phone number, or location. Passenger audits, weight scans, item breakdowns, weather notes, and travel history are entered and stored entirely on your own device.
How We Use Information
Because we don't collect anything, there's nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, or monetize. Every feature — from weight scanning to readiness insights — is calculated locally, on your device, from data you've entered there.
Data Storage
All app data — trips, item lists, weight logs, insight history — is stored locally in the app's private storage on your phone or tablet. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, no backend server holding a copy of anything.
Third-Party Services
Chirod 2 Smart Pack does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash trackers, or social plugins. We can't share data with partners because we never possess it in the first place.
Data Security
Because your information never leaves your device, the main safeguard is the same one your device's lock screen already provides. We keep the app lean, avoiding unnecessary background processes or network calls.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information from any user at all — COPPA-friendly by design.
Your Control
You're always in full control. Deleting the app removes your packing history and insights completely — there are no cloud backups, linked accounts, or residual copies on our end, because we operate none.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect new features or clarify practices. When we do, the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
